At Evander Trips, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected].

All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Items that are used, altered, or missing parts cannot be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the form of a cash-on-delivery, since we operate on a COD-only payment system.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for the same item in a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products missing parts or not in their original condition
